The flavors of avocado puree, mangoes, and cilantro compliment each other.
And when you add the salsa to the salmon, oh my!
It melts in your mouth!
The soft salmon meat tastes great when I chew it with the crunchy tomatoes too!

This dish was the crowd favorite!
Rice na lang yata ang kulang para lubos ang kaligayan namin last Sunday!
I like the crispiness of the pork and the saltiness of the bagoong.
Perfect na perfect pares talaga siya sa rice.
I bet, mapapa-extra rice kayo sa sarap!
After the audience got a taste of this dish, bigla silang nabuhayan!
With feelings at smile na kung makasagot kay Donita!
I guess that’s enough evidence to prove the cooking prowess of Donita Rose.
